WHAT TO BRING

For training sessions we recommend you wear sunscreen, bring a drink bottle with water, and wear a hat for sun protection. Clothing that can get wet: eg: Board Shorts/Leggings/T-Shirt/Gym Top, etc. No expensive sunnies or prescription glasses are recommended, if the canoe happens to roll over (huli), we’d hate for you to lose your valuables. Car keys can be stored in the club trailer whilst we are out on the water.

We also suggest you bring a towel and change of clothes to change into after training as you will get wet!!
